Refund Policy

​You have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a 100% refund. We will not refund after 3 days from the date of purchase.

Events Refund Policy

​Given the nature of this service, once your tickets(s) have been purchased, you will not have the opportunity to ask for a refund. If for some reason you cannot attend the event, you can use your ticket for a future event of your choice with the same value. ​In order to request a ticket to a future event, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected] 2 hours before the original event starts.
